Responsible Play
At PlayerSX, one of our top priorities is making sure our users can play within their financial means. As an innovating and enriching sports experience, we recognize that people may not always have the resources necessary to be able to manage their play in a productive, responsible manner. With this in mind, we offer helpful tools that support and encourage healthy player behavior, which will in turn help us give you a positive overall experience. We are committed to providing you with a responsible, safe and reliable place to play.
PlayerSX provides two viable options for players looking to manage their funds and time.
1. Self-Limitation
As part of our policy, we give you the option to control the amount of money you use to play on our site. You can set your own deposit limit and request to adjust them at any time. PlayerSX offers the option to limit the amount of funds you can deposit into your account by choosing an amount over either a: (i) daily, (ii) weekly, or (iii) monthly period.
2. Self-Exclusion
If you wish to disable your account for any reason, you may apply a self-exclusion to your account. Tell us how much time you need, and we will make sure your account no longer allows you to log into PlayerSX during that period.
We offer 12-hour and 24-hour cooling off periods as well as 7 day, 30 day, 60 day, and 120 day time out periods.
During this time, we will suppress your email address (the one you signed up with) from receiving any promotional or marketing messages. Please allow up to 48 hours to be removed from any promotional e-mails.
How To Play Responsibly
If you choose to play online, there are some general guidelines that can help make your playing experience safer, and reduce the risk that problems can occur:
- Play for entertainment, and not as a way of making money
- Play with money that you can afford to lose. Never use money that you need for important things such as food, rent, bills, or tuition
- Set deposit limits and ensure you never deposit more than you can afford to lose
- Don't play when you are upset, tired, or depressed. It is difficult to make good decisions when you are feeling down
- Balance your playing with other activities. Find other forms of entertainment so playing does not become too big a part of your life
