Once you have been approved as a registered user with PlayerSX, you will be required to choose a username. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.

Access, Review and Change of Personal Data



You can access, review and change most of your personal information by logging on to PlayerSX at any time. However, some of your personal information such as your email address, username, first name, last name, gender, email id and user id can only be changed by contacting our Customer Service at support@playersx.com. You are required to promptly update your personal information if changes occur or information is inaccurate.

Revoking Consent/Deleting Your Account



Upon your request, We will close your account as soon as reasonably possible, based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable law. We do retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our General Terms and Conditions, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.
